The shoulders and upper arms, the areas which are most exposed to the elements, are fully waterproof and windproof incorporating Harkila's HSP StormPro membrane. Featuring fabric reinforcements to the lower back and sleeves, detachable hood, two-way zip, zipped radio pockets with antenna eyelets, zipped front pockets and adjustable cuffs. A highly breathable active jacket which protects the hardest hit areas from the elements.
